BEFORE WE BEGIN
Good questions. Clear expectations.
Does every module go live together?+
No. The first wave follows the agreed scope. Later workflows, companies or sites are phased around dependencies, control needs and readiness.
What does our team need to commit?+
A named executive sponsor, available process owners and key users, clean owned data, timely decisions and acceptance sign-off. Daily adoption remains a shared responsibility.
How is the commercial model structured?+
The proposal defines the 24-month program, software access, delivery phases and service allowances. A tailored commercial schedule is agreed against the scope and your cash-flow needs. Renewal and separate third-party or additional costs are clarified before signing.
Can we add AI, websites or integrations?+
Yes, where the selected capabilities fit the agreed workflow. GateDigital can connect your website and enquiries with your business process. Integration work, AI provider requirements, usage and human approval controls are assessed and scoped before delivery.
We review the impact together. Work outside the signed scope follows a written change request covering the delivery impact, effort and commercial terms before it is approved.
How do we start?+
Start with a business conversation and a relevant demonstration. Together we identify the priority workflow, readiness gaps and a discovery or pilot scope for your roadmap.
YOUR NEXT GATE IS OPEN.

Bring your priorities. We’ll help map the first useful workflow and the path that follows.
